Objective: The R/V Sikuliaq conducted a joint cruise supporting both the CODA (Coastal Ocean Dynamics
in the Arctic) and GO-WEST (Arctic cod) projects in Nov 2019. The CODA goals were to
observe the interactions of sea ice with winds and waves along the coast of northern Alaska.
